Beacon

Project Overview:

• A powerful in-app copilot for seamless navigation and contextual support for SaaS apps and dashboards.

• Improve the overall user experience and make hassle-free onboarding easier with AI support.

Target Audience:

• Beacon is the B2B SaaS product

Research:

• Examine rival products and their user reviews, interviews, and comments to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of the offering.

Design Goals:

• The dashboard's editor must be more capable and have a basic design to assist users in coming up with ideas for visually engaging content.

Design Process:

• Obtain requirements from the managers, and then once they are approved, we brainstorm a few ideas for the sketches. Next, get to work on the UI for that design.

Challenges and Solutions:

• Because design is one sprint ahead of development, we are in a hurry. We create a small design system in version 1 and begin working on the design after that. We first developed the entire design system for version 2, and we modified the current design by that.

User Experience (UX):

• If it is a new feature we follow the same approach in which other products are used directly or indirectly. (For example: If we need to create an AI chat kind of, use ChatGPT as reference.)

• Regularly we follow up with the user to get feedback. Based on the feedback we improved the product.
