Research:

• Examine rival products and their user reviews, interviews, and comments to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of the offering.

Design Goals:

• Based on the user reviews and requirements, add features to the product.

Design Process:

• Obtain requirements from the managers, and then once they are approved, we brainstorm a few ideas for the sketches. Next, get to work on the UI for that design.

Challenges and Solutions:

• We are in a hurry because design is one sprint ahead of development. Our approach involves designing a few sketches and presenting them to the user, after which we create an UI for the particular feature based on their feedback.
